Look at the week, not only the brochure
Ask for a typical week of classes, recordings, assignments and feedback. A course that fits your routine may be more workable than one whose live sessions clash with your commitments. Check the expected effort against your existing work and family calendar.
Try the learning environment
Request a programme-specific sample class or platform demonstration. Observe how questions are answered, how practice is assessed and how feedback is delivered. An independent open lesson can test subject interest, but it does not demonstrate the listed university’s teaching.
Verify what is included
List the services that matter to you, such as academic support, elective availability and project supervision. Ask for precise descriptions rather than treating placement assistance as a job promise. Clarify any optional certificates or subscriptions that cost extra.
Make a short, explainable shortlist
Keep two or three options and write one reason for each. Compare like-for-like fees, the delivery arrangements and questions still unanswered. If the price is unclear, keep the option marked as quote required rather than assigning it a zero cost.
