ILLUSTRATIVE PAYMENT CALCULATOR
See the whole payment picture.
Enter a scenario to estimate equal monthly repayments on a reducing balance. This is a planning tool, not a university quote or loan offer.
How this estimate works
Principal = programme cost − down payment. Monthly interest rate = annual rate ÷ 12 ÷ 100. EMI = P × r × (1 + r)ⁿ ÷ ((1 + r)ⁿ − 1); at zero interest, EMI = P ÷ n. Total outlay adds down payment, all monthly repayments and the upfront charges entered.
The model assumes fixed interest, equal month-end payments, no moratorium and no late or prepayment charges. It does not calculate APR or check lender eligibility. Budget comparison only measures the difference from the number you enter.
